Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Fast Food Shop, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
∎ Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
∎ Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
∎ Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, & recommendations for improvements
∎ Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
∎ Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
∎ Prepare and analyze MIS on monthly basis & present business intelligence reports to management.
∎ Monitor & validate the monthly payroll & also handle different regulatory issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in the bakery or Food industry will be added as an advantage

Salary:
∎ Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may vary for diversified candidates
