Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infructure Limited (Steel Unit) is looking for Assistant Manager - EPC Project with Civil engineering background for (EPC) Engineering, Procurement & Construction team.
∎ Candidate having transmission line civil project work experience will get priority.
∎ Candidate should have intention to travel anywhere in the Bangladesh for project purpose
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute effective plan, implement & monitor of project activities for 132KV Transmission Line civil works.
∎ Provide technical support for all jobs involved in the projects to the subordinate for 132KV Transmission Line civil works.
∎ Ensure all works in projects of 132KV Transmission Line civil works are running as per program in consistent with Working Drawings.
∎ Ensure all excess utility connections officially disconnected, all utility meters safe and secured, security post constructed, site office established with proper facilities, labor shed constructed with required facilities, safe and secured store for preserving materials.
∎ Train the project team on assessment, quality control, progress monitoring & administration discipline to create satisfactory job environment.
∎ Ensure all quality control process are maintained properly as per 132KV Transmission Line civil works.
∎ To make Sure all safety measures are followed by both the contractor and his people.
∎ To arrange & attend meeting with contractors & site personal to identify the issue to improve the project progress & quality for taking better initiative in all respect.
∎ Certifying Project Material Requisitions.
∎ Certifying all running and final bills of contractors.
∎ Evaluating project staffs and contractors from time to time and recommend to Team Leader (Engineering) about them.
∎ Select finishing materials like tiles, bath and electrical fixtures etc. in consultation with, Team Leader, Supply chain management, Customer Care Dept. and Director.
∎ Create & update personal work planning & style to motive own self for smooth, effective & timely fulfillment of job responsibilities to achieve the company's goal.
∎ Prepare finishing detail program for projects in finishing stage.
∎ Estimate materials as per requisition in accordance with project budget as well as guideline and policies.
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of 132KV Transmission Line civil works.
∎ Keep record regarding Sites information, copy of approved plan and detail information.
∎ To be accountable for the successful completion of 132KV Transmission Line civil works
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
∎ Candidate must have experience in 132KV Transmission Line Works for at least 5-6 years.
∎ Good problem-solving skills and be able to manage a whole project, including looking after budget, and it's important that meets deadlines
∎ Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, MS Office & MS Excel
∎ Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
∎ Able to forecast Project engineering schedule
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Strong leadership skill
