Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepares of BOQ, Estimate, Erection & Installation of Boiler, Compressor, Generator, Pump, ETP, STP, WTP, Steam line, Water line, Airline, Duct line etc
∎ Energy Savings & Waste Heat Recovery systems like HRU, procurement, erection & installation works.
∎ Calculates, Designs, Procures & installs of HVAC Systems like, Chiller, AHU, FCU, Split AC, VRF AC, Dehumidifier and Ventilation system etc.
∎ Ensure Procurement, & maintenance of capital machinery like as Pump, Compressor, Boiler, Flow Meter, Deep Tube Well etc.
∎ Coordinates with factory for repair & schedule maintenance of compressor, boiler, pump, ETP, STP, WTP etc.
∎ Implements a maintenance management program that incorporates all preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance standards
∎ Updates maintenance management to meet the maintenance specifications of all equipment's manufacturers,
∎ Plans, organizes, and controls activities of plant maintenance to meet performance targets.
∎ Executes functional supervision over all the personnel assigned at the maintenance department of the plant
∎ Collect Quotations, CS Preparation, Negotiation, Vendor Selection, Work order Insurance & Bill Processing for Erection, Installation, Repair and maintenance work, Designs Deep Tube Well.
∎ Involves and Installation of Chiller, Boiler, Compressor, Pump, Kitchen and Laundry Equipment's, Heat Recovery System, Condensate Recovery System.
∎ Maintain and Follow up Boiler and Environment License Issuance, Registration Tracking, Renewal, Amendment and Cancellation
∎ Attends different project meetings with Engineering Division for new installation and project development.
∎ Ensures QA/QC on materials, parts, tools, and equipment and discard if they are not in compliance with specifications.
∎ To ensure Monitoring, Maintenance & Trouble Shooting of entire utility system.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Autocad Design
∎ Good Communication Skill.
∎ Self Motivated.
∎ Problem Solving Ability
