∎ A minimum of 4 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse operations.
∎ Strong understanding of warehouse operations, e-commerce fulfillment, and inventory management processes.
∎ Knowledge of reverse logistics and return management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment process, from order receipt to dispatch.
∎ Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
∎ Collaborate with the warehouse team to manage order prioritization based on delivery schedules and service level agreements (SLAs).
∎ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in e-commerce operations.
∎ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order processing, accuracy, and fulfillment speed.
∎ Manage the logistics and dispatch of orders to various courier partners, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
∎ Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize delivery routes and minimize shipping delays.
∎ Manage the returns process, ensuring that returned items are handled efficiently and stock is updated accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with customer service to resolve any issues related to returns or replacements.
∎ Implement reverse logistics strategies to minimize the impact of returns on inventory levels and sales.
∎ Utilize CDC and e-commerce software systems to manage orders, inventory, and fulfillment workflows.
∎ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the E-Commerce (Back end) team.
