Job Responsibilities:
∎ To look after attendance and ensure smooth operation of all Domestic, International flights both arrival and departure at HSIA.
∎ To administrate and supervise day to day affairs of HSIA.
∎ To ensure the traffic rules and regulations directed from Head of Airport Services are properly implemented.
∎ To ensure maximum utilization of staff in accordance with actual need.
∎ To ensure that proper type of equipment are available for the day to day operations and take necessary initiative for procurement of the same.
∎ To provide necessary guidelines to Station Manager/ Assistant Manager/ Shift-in-charges in case of delay/ cancellation flights.
∎ To cross check with Station Manager about check sheets, Shift performance and day to day activities.
∎ To coordinate and cooperate with appropriate authority to ensure security of the passengers as well as company staff.
∎ To maintain close liaison with all local stations and out stations for schedules arrival/departure.
∎ To ensure that highest category of services are provided at airport.
∎ To monitor safe keeping and maintenance of all ULD's of USBA.
∎ To carry out any other functions assigned by higher management.
∎ Assist to look at all disciplinary cases and take necessary actions as per company rules.
∎ To ensure the highest category of services are provided at airport.
∎ Follow up all Aircraft data and keep updates all stations as and when required.
∎ To assist GM of Airport Services for ensuring proper office space for all stations.
∎ To deal with immigration and custom as and when required
∎ To carry out any other job as assigned to him time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age upto 40 years
∎ Should have good computer operating knowledge.
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Should have the habit to work under pressure.
∎ Work in a team
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 60000 (Monthly)
