Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management
∎ Candidates with a PGD in Supply Chain will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ The ideal candidate must have at least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in the distribution department, with a focus on bulk distribution across the country. Additionally, the candidate should have team leadership experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overall Operation Management to ensure the end-to-end activities of the Distribution & Logistics function.
∎ Review orders, set route planning, and arrange shipments as per the company's current practices.
∎ Create trip plans and delivery challans in ERP. Set shift duty rosters and report to the Line Manager.
∎ Coordinate with Sales and Production for proactive feedback to customers.
∎ Monitor transit trips for faster shipment and ensure optimum use of the company’s own vehicles.
∎ Develop and implement functional SOPs; complete sign-off on all documents once loading is done.
∎ Drive cost savings and service improvement initiatives in distribution and logistics operations.
∎ Prepare reconciliations and reports to the Line Manager as per company requirements, such as daily delivery reports, pending delivery reports, monthly logistics dashboards/P&L reports, etc.
∎ We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee and optimize our distribution and logistics operations, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery.
