∎ Age 24 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, supervised, and coordinated Finish Goods Storage, Transportation, and smooth delivery of goods at the party end.
∎ Follow up company’s vehicles & coordinate drivers, helpers, and loaders for smooth delivery of products.
∎ Ensure the loading properly & develop and confirm the delivery schedules on time.
∎ Monitor FG Stock and plan for product distribution by the FIFO system.
∎ Liaison with and manage staff and shifts.
∎ Follow up & monitor for combo work.
∎ Follow up & monitor for vehicle entry in the factory also manpower presence & loading/unload status.
∎ Communicate to RSM for unloading the Vehicle.
∎ Prepare & send vehicle approval SMS & follow up to approval.
∎ Supervise and follow up monthly duty roaster for distribution staff and inform delivery status regularly.
∎ Inventory follow-up as item-wise.
∎ Checked all vouchers & transport bills.
∎ Coordinate with the Internal Department for various purposes & external transport vendors.
∎ Supervise product distribution activities are entered into ERP Software.
∎ Prepare paperwork for reporting.
∎ Prepare everyday Institution Delivery Report.
∎ Every prepared hired vehicle rent status.
∎ Prepare Daily Vehicle Status Report with vehicle rent, and delivery value with delivery carton (Hired & Own).
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by higher management.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
