Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Distribution department of Heavy Industries & FMCG smooth delivery for 24/7/360 with team work.
∎ Plan for delivery according to the demand and arrange the delivery.
∎ Ensure 100% load-challan form factory to end user by factory distribution team within set lead time .
∎ Coordination with field sales for delivery & Service purpose.
∎ Supervise delivery reconciliation with packing department physical vs ERP software at set time interval.
∎ Monitor & report region Wise Plan VS Actual Delivery regularly.
∎ Monitor & report depot/Ghat Delivery & inventory status regularly.
∎ Provide outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction at all times by ensuring that goods are dispatched on time, to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
∎ Ensure in implementing strategic business objectives, strategies and plans in support of the company's strategic goals.
∎ Ensure the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
∎ Control and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting as when basis physical counts.
∎ Monitor inventory levels to minimize loss and maximize revenue.
∎ Ensure effective cross-functional communication occurs to resolves issues and accomplish company goals.
∎ Provide outstanding customer service and customer satisfaction at all times by ensuring that goods are dispatched on time, to the appropriate destinations and in the expected quantities.
∎ Ensure best practices and performance standards to drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Follow-up complaints from internal & external customers and take initiative for resolved with team.
∎ Research emerging products and use information to update the store's merchandise.
∎ Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable.
∎ Provide leadership and seek out developmental opportunities for direct reports in regard to training, performance management, employee motivation, and leadership skills.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Cement. Shipping, Poly fiber, Ready mix, Steel (Building Materials), Consumer Commodities.
∎ Firm grasp of supply chain, inventory, distribution, business, and management principles.
∎ Analytical ability to gather and summarize data, solve problems and prioritize.
∎ Experience in project management, lean, and continuous improvement environments strongly preferred.
∎ Exceptional analytical, root-cause-analysis, and decision-making abilities.
∎ Strong history of driving culture and employee engagement.
∎ Strong ERP/WM/Master Data abilities strongly preferred.
