Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Project Management,Supply Chain Management
∎ Training/Trade Course: Autocad Knowledge,commercial knowledge
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Erp software, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, MS Office Applications, Presentation skill, Report Writing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the warehouse is compliant with current safety and health regulations and the team is trained properly
∎ Manage customer accounts that the warehouse services. Grow the customer base by providing excellent service
∎ Liaise with corporate functions as needed for smooth functioning of the business in the city
∎ Managing operations for the in house fulfilment product and owning the operational SLA and control tower
∎ Handling the entire 3PL Warehouse Management piece - commercial, product & Operations part also managing continuous WMS process improvement, SOP formulation and Quality adherence across warehouses.
∎ Charting out the strategy for capacity planning and expansion with existing 3PL for ensuring adherence of Operational SOP, Personnel Policies and all the statutory/legal compliances in Fulfilment Operations
∎ Managing continuous WMS process improvement, SOP formulation and Quality adherence across warehouses
∎ Innovating to improve customer experience and continuously removing cost from the firm's fulfilment network.
∎ Working cross team with sales, product, operations and technology and marketing to be able to capture feedback and share information and knowledge on the features and product value.
∎ Driving continuous process improvement culture whilst working with operational teams and understand the voice of the sellers to identify the gaps in the current capability.
∎ Proven experience in scaling fulfilment and logistics operations and product in the ecommerce space
∎ Strong understanding the technology and process around WMS, LMS, warehouse automation, demand and inventory planning etc.
∎ Process and productivity Improvements - management of current operational standard operating procedures and creation of new ones in B2B warehousing, and large scale B2C fulfilment operations, to ensure high levels of accuracy, improving productivity thereby reducing costs and improving turn-around times.
∎ Demonstrate year on year cost savings through continuous improvements in process, productivity, quality, costs structures.
∎ Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to deal positively with senior management, sales staff, employees, vendors and customers.
∎ Launch new fulfilment centres across all provinces
∎ Optimize Infrastructure and process
∎ Automation and end to end visibility through data tools
∎ Managing the accurate designed cft and increasing overall utilization of FCs
∎ Data analysis to get required inference from WMS and inhouse data tools (VBA knowledge: Good to have)
∎ Training ops team on newly launched client, process, improvements in WMS
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ High level of analytical ability to identify and solve problems and then to optimize solutions to be able to drive efficiency.
∎ Experience in running high throughput B2C fulfilment operations will be an added measure.
∎ Ability to continuously learn and develop based on new systems and processes.
∎ Demonstrated success designing operational processes, layouts, engineering plans and project execution schedules and then getting them executed/implemented with consistency.
∎ Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures.
∎ Engineering and MBA from tier one or tier two institutions
∎ Young & dynamic individual with Masters from Top B Schools with 6+ years of work experience, demonstrated record of accomplishment of setting up or managing warehouse / FC unit
∎ Strong analytical skills, people skills and data driven decision making skill is a must
∎ Experience in E-commerce sector is a plus.
∎ Should have lead ecommerce warehousing operations ( Paperfly / Daraz / Redex etc ) for large scale set-up
∎ Layout designing (Autocad knowledge: Good to have)
∎ Ability to innovate to solve complex business problems with automation and tech solutions
∎ Strong analytical aptitude in problem solving, multi tasker, critical thinker and a tactical executioner with a proven track record of finding solutions to business problems.
