∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Automobile/ Mechanical Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor & supervise the core functional activities of transport workshop (vehicle maintenance plan and execution, bay management, tools management, job card management, workshop safety, etc.)
∎ Manage resources (manpower, machinery and tools, etc.) efficiently that leads to their efficient and productive utilization.
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analysis and optimize costs wherever possible. Ensure regular reporting of incidents, corrective actions and initiatives.
∎ Ensure proper data entry in ERP system. Verify various reports for authenticity and update.
∎ Review existing work flow/SOP and propose any amendments for smooth operations.
∎ Collaborate with the HR team in evaluating and identifying training needs of subordinate management staff and technicians and conduct in-house training throughout the year for skill development.
∎ Ensure frequent travel to customers (hatchery, feed mill, regional offices) through out the country for any technical support.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years (for B.Sc graduates); 8 years (for Diploma holders)
∎ Have excellent communication skills
∎ Problem solving skills
∎ Sound knowledge of computer applications (MS Word and Excel)
∎ Experienced with QMS (Quality Management System, i.e. ISO 9001)
Salary:
∎ Emolument: Depending upon the profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
