∎ Masters in any discipline preferably in Marketing / Management from any reputed University.
∎ Certificate course on Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sole responsible for the execution of day to day regional supply chain tasks with international vendor sourcing and vendor development for import purchase.
∎ In depth understanding of supply chain operations, planning and forecasting.
∎ Have to maintain software - ERP.
∎ Analyze the movement of goods through the supply pipeline, monitor current processes, identity and analyze gaps, develop /support improvements and capabilities and communicate results.
∎ Work on all C & F activities, L/C opening activities, Freight forward, Transport etc.
∎ Ensure on time delivery at factory.
∎ Drive fulfillment activities to ensure proper customer service ( i.e allocation management , supply reporting, PO maintenance, CS communication )
∎ Key supply chain contact for all brand HQ supply chain team.
∎ Support the business to generate regional brand specific range/ sales plans and relay them to each brand HQ.
∎ Along with the team, troubleshoot complicate supply chain issues to find proactive, cost effective solutions for the business.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field and at least 2 years experience in similar position in any reputed company.
∎ Capable to think strategically and tactically, ability to challenge status quo.
∎ Strong troubleshooting skills.
∎ Have through knowledge on all import procedure related to RM/PM industries.
∎ Must have strong negotiation power.
∎ Strong & effective communication skill.
∎ Adequate knowledge on foreign Purchase will be an added advantage.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 50000 (Monthly)
