Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (B.Engg) in EEE
∎ Diploma in Electrical or Electronics also can apply.
∎ Training in Substation or Power Industrial will get preference.
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Substation components, Power Distribution and Substation Management.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skills with Microsoft Excel, Corporate Sales and Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales & Technical Sales Support of Project and Product sales with Service of Medium & Low Voltage equipments.
∎ Achieve the monthly, quarterly, annual sales target of the region.
∎ Collect and analysis data from field and report to the management.
∎ Coordinate with the team member to update the position of specific project and updated the top management. Also fixed the strategy and action plan required for all projects individually.
∎ Capable to provide solution of Sales and Project execution of low, medium and high voltage substation equipment such as, Transformer, HT & LT Switchgear Panels, PFI Plants, Motor Control Centre(MCC), HT Metering Panel, Control and Protection Panel, CT & PT, Diesel Generators, Lighting & Automatic Voltage Regulator(AVR), etc at Commercial, Industrial, Real estate and service sectors.
∎ Responsible for prepare full substation quotation, BOM preparation and technical sales support according to customer requirements.
∎ Responsible for total sales department including Private and Utility sales (BPDB, DPDC, DESCO, PGCB, REB, PWD etc.)
∎ Sales Forecasting & Preparing of Annual budget for HV & LV project sales & marketing.
∎ Maintain continuous liaison with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, Government utility, etc. for getting new order and better business supports.
∎ Budgetary cost estimation of sub-station projects, preparation of project execution strategy, contractor dealing and BOQ preparation for individual customer order.
∎ Manage Technical and Financial bid meeting qualification criteria before participating any project.
∎ Setting up project planning and Work breakdown structure (WBS), detail planning and engineering, taking approval of drawing and data sheet, sample from customer, etc.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)

∎ Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance Bonus, Sales Commission & Over time allowance
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
