∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Client Service/ Marketing, Fridge Srevicing, TV/ Fridge/ AC
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Re-complain and pending complain follow up.
∎ Coordinating service point team Technically & Administratively.
∎ Solve the customer problem within 24 hours by daily targeting system.
∎ Make daily working report and submit to Operation/ Head of service and others concern.
∎ Monthly complain analysis, evaluation report properly and submit it in time to Management for developing purpose.
∎ Monthly service center visit and arrange meeting with zone wise service people for providing faster service.
∎ Ensuring product troubleshooting & Maintenance.
∎ Confirming Tools & Spare Parts overcoming all obstacles with the help of SCM, Distribution Product Operation & head of service.
∎ To maintain relation with customer, dealer, Showroom& Management about all service related issue for Service Development.
∎ Work to reduce service related cost.
∎ Making service related bill & providing by proper verification & third party bill checking and agreement.
∎ Service center structural development.
∎ Find service technician & engineer inefficiency and arrange training.
∎ Maintain sales return/replace issue and process develop to reduce SR/Replace.
∎ Maintain missing, broken issue and process develop to reduce missing.
∎ All service point administrative work done under your control like leave, adjust, Mobile, account opening, ID card, computer, bike, t-shirt etc.
∎ Also do additional work which management provide to me and Obey Official all Rules and Regulations.
∎ Feedback call should be taken daily with every customer/showroom/dealer/ sales member for smooth service.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have direct job experience on similar electronics industries on service .
Salary: Negotiable
