Inventory Control, Production planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for providing information to pertinent department related to production schedules and production plan.
∎ Maintain a required inventory level of all products, materials and finished goods in compliance with the Quality Management System.
∎ Ensure in time dispensing of RM & PM as per requirement of production.
∎ Manage warehouse inventory as per requirement of customers based on sales projection.
∎ Conduct audit of inventory, logistics and warehouse
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of inside and outside of store area.
∎ Send weekly and monthly stock report and other reports to the management.
∎ Monitor toll manufacturing products of AHHL.
∎ Monitor non-conforming and rejected materials.
∎ Contact and co-ordinate with procurement, demand Planning and supplier.
∎ Ensure safety of the product through proper storing and preservation.
