Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree Supply Chain Management/ Finance/ English/ Management or similar relevant field in any discipline and Manager work experience minimum 5 years.
∎ Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain Management/ Finance/ English/ Management or similar relevant field in any discipline and Manager work experience minimum 7 years.
∎ 3+ years of experience in similar relevant field as Sr. Executive.
∎ 3+ years of experience in similar relevant field as Executive.
∎ Similar relevant field certification preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ For Supply Chain/ Distribution
∎ Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
∎ Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
∎ Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
∎ Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
∎ Arrange warehouse, catalog goods, plan routes and process shipments
∎ Resolve any arising problems or complaints
∎ Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
∎ Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
∎ Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
∎ Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
∎ Any job assigned by the management.
∎ For Customer Service
∎ Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
∎ Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
∎ Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
∎ Set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused towards that mission
∎ Develop effective customer service procedures, policies and standards
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
∎ Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
∎ Analyses statistics and compile accurate reports
∎ Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
∎ Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
∎ Control resources and utilize assets to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets
∎ Adhere to and manage the approved budget
∎ Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities.
∎ Any job assigned by the management.
