Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA or equivalent degree from a reputed public or private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Customer order receive, price & inventory checking & the payment confirmation for issuing SO Create, money receipts, invoices & delivery Certificates and maintain liaisons with other department.
∎ Attend customer quires over the phone, E-mail correspondence or fax, etc. regarding introduction of new products, sales promotion, product availability, price confirmation, and delivery.
∎ Responsible for total order processing of Jamuna Oil Company (JOCL), keeping records of outstanding orders of JOCL & monthly documents like money receipts & invoices & other reports
∎ Monitor product transfer schedule preparation for the warehouse considering the stock of
∎ Plant's warehouse & upcoming imported & local product receiving status, customer's order and
∎ monitoring port receiving and reporting to the Supply chain department.
∎ Custodian of Chattogram CS office petty cash, maintained day-to-day expenses, and prepared bills for reimbursement.
∎ Constant & consistent compliance with local and company's SH&E policies in daily work & responsible for reporting accidents, unsafe practices & hazards to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven working experience in Customer Service and Logistics
∎ Working experience in ERP & SAP implementation
∎ Adequate knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
∎ Excellent Communication skill
∎ Good Knowledge of MS Office applications

Salary: Negotiable
