∎ Bachelors/Masters in any discipline from any reputed public and private university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Proactive communication with clients to complete their apartment and commercial space registration.
∎ Coordination with Logistics department regarding registration readiness of completed projects.
∎ Periodical coordination with Legal and Logistics to update project documentation.
∎ Resolve customer issues via phone or face-to-face and constantly follow up with clients regarding pending issues
∎ Prepare list of signed TPA (Project Wise) with lending companies and hand over property documents accordingly.
∎ Prepare and submit quarterly, monthly and fortnightly action plans and review weekly.
∎ Maintain proactive communication with all internal and external customers
∎ record all discussions and give feedback within time as per CS Manual.
∎ Prepare and maintain self-priority matrix, daily action plans and maintain all communication as per the set calendar.
∎ Regular attendance in morning meetings and display seven habits in action.
∎ Be well groomed, well-mannered and show other customer service attributes

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field
