∎ Training/Trade Course: Auto CAD,Microsoft Word,Microsoft Excel
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting overall work of the Civil Engineering Department.
∎ Estimation and costing of construction materials and construction works.
∎ Preparation the project work schedule and implementation it by monitoring the project Planning.
∎ Coordination of architectural, structural, electrical and plumbing drawings with respective departments.
∎ Coordination with the purchase and commercial department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ To ensure progress of the construction work as per schedule and final work inspection with wastage management.
∎ Have to take responsibilities to solve all the construction related issues after coordinating with appropriate authorities.
∎ Ensure quality of construction work as per approved drawing & have to have clean concept about compliance and BNBC.

∎ Age 33 to 45 years
