Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, BOQ, Construction cost estimation, Structural Design Drawing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Audit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To follow up the ongoing civil construction works at factory.
∎ Forecast the initial cost of items for participating in tender by coordination with project and procurement team.
∎ Monitor the specification of project materials and equipment as per the project standard and BOQ.
∎ Maintain inter-departmental coordination with other departments and lead the construction works smoothly and timely.
∎ Maintain and comply with standard operating procedures at all phases of construction works up to the handover of projects, successfully and efficiently.
∎ Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
∎ Conferring with project staff to outline work plan and to assign tasks, duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority.
∎ To certify & assist in running project and final bills of contractors.
∎ Cost and rate analysis for the civil items to support tender/bidding activities.
∎ Preparation of cost budget for execution of the project work after awarding of tender.
∎ Detail estimation of material for the construction items for project implementation.
∎ Calculate cost and determine the feasibility of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering.
∎ Monitoring of market prices through procurement to get updated on costing of major civil works item.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management in time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Have to stay at factory at least 03 (Three) nights in a week.
∎ Highly experienced in measuring and calculating the finish work as per project drawing & design.
∎ Experience in similar kinds of work like estimation, BOQ preparation & costing/offer preparation related works.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Auto CAD, MS Office application.
∎ Should have knowledge on understanding of construction drawing and should be able to relate layout in construction field.
∎ Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
∎ Project management and supervision skills
∎ License of professional engineer

Salary: Negotiable
