Civil Construction, Government project, Planning and monitoring
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform annual budgeting, with rigorous monthly monitoring and maintaining all expense and cost elements at approved levels through continuous liaison.
∎ Drive initiatives and programs to ensure 'zero' defect products by systematic implementation of process and production parameters & SOPs by strict adherence to Group policies and rules.
∎ Monitor skills development needs of supervisors/managers are correctly identified and training are designed and implemented properly.
∎ Drive & achieve plant production goals.
∎ Establish and maintain a positive community relationship with Win-Win situation.
∎ Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of functional projects
∎ Prepare yearly service delivery plan for all service delivery channels in order to assure effective after sales service.
∎ Reporting to the immediate supervisor of the latest information of service section.
∎ Conducting regular service camp, local mechanic training program & organized by regional officer and report to immediate supervisor within due date.
∎ Develop plan to maximize personnel productivity and making quarterly basis performance appraisal individually.
