Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Cash Incentive, Commercial/ Export-Import
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up with concern dept.to collect export, import doc's & local contribution info.
∎ Application process/CI amount calculation for Cash incentive claim.
∎ Application to BGMEA through BB prescribed Form-Kha for association certificate.
∎ Follow up for timely collection of Association certificate.
∎ Cash incentive Application submission to export Bank through BB prescribed form "KA"
∎ Follow up with bank for faster due diligences of CI doc's for auditor submission.
∎ Follow up with Auditor for timely Audit completion and certificate submission to Bank.
∎ Further follow up with export Bank for quick CI application submission to BB.
∎ Follow up with Bangladesh Bank for fund disbursement.
∎ Entry cash incentive data into LC Management system for tracking & reporting purpose.
∎ Responsible for all commercial activities such as Import, Export, UD, GSP, BOND and Cash Incentive.
∎ Follow up renewal of IRC, ERC and all other related licenses.
∎ Work closely with Bank, EPB, BGMEA, BKMEA, General Bond Office, Customs, Shipping line, Freight forward and C & F.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Incoterms.
∎ Applicants having experience in Garments Industry are encouraged to apply.
∎ Able to lead a team.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills and good public relation.
∎ Able to think critically and creatively to solve problems.
