Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering/ EEE from any reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all electrical equipment are operational and maintained as per the standards.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems, equipment and components in different work place to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair.
∎ Ensure that a full preventative maintenance plan is established and adhered to through scheduled day to day maintenance activities.
∎ Sound knowledge regarding assemble, install, test and maintain electrical or electronics wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus and fixtures.
∎ Establishing delivery and installation schedules for plant and machines, cables and fittings.
∎ Capable for fault findings and troubleshooting installation of electrical/electronic equipment's.
∎ Make a schedule of preventive maintenance to keep minimum down time due to breakdown.
∎ Ensure preventive maintenance of generators & all compressors' for undistributed supply and also take proper plan about inverter, motor, electrical panel board and plc etc.
∎ All control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained to reduce the breakdown
∎ Maintain good communication with the Engineering services (mechanical) for optimizing the maintenance process
∎ Ensure proper PPE in all electrical work areas
∎ Segregation of responsibilities among team members
∎ Preventive maintenance/repairing schedule covering all services areas
∎ Ability to supervise and monitor all kinds of Electro-mechanical equipment's.
∎ Responsible for the overall maintenance of the factory for any electrical issues including sub-station & gas generator as well as Factory.
∎ Have sound knowledge of audit requirements on electrical safety issues.
∎ Capable of making electrical diagram and understand all electric Diagram.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the areas of HMI (Human Machine Interface), PLC, VFD, Software loading & unloading, Remote operation systems through router etc.
∎ Candidates working in FMCG sector will be given privilege
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Able to work under stress and pressure.
∎ Auto CAD knowledge will get advantage.
