Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing both exterior & interior.
∎ Preparing quotation, budget & schedule for different type of project.
∎ Coordinate with Project In-Charge for related design & support to execution for project implementation.
∎ Prepare building Design Concept / 3D Visualization and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using Auto CAD 2D/3D.
∎ To work closely with design team and understand the architectural, structural & interior drawing of different project.
∎ To estimate the total material requirement of the projects and assess the item-wise cost involvement on the basis of architectural, structural & interior drawing and specifications provided by the design unit.
∎ Compile project specifications & ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations especially in BNBC code of conduct.
∎ To assess and list out the required materials, manpower and man-hour to complete a project according to specification and the design demands.
∎ To work closely with the engineer/site manager/project manager to understand the actual material requirement and the time scale of the project.
∎ To update knowledge about the latest building material items and their uses, prices and availability.
∎ Prepare projected budget for construction materials of the project.
∎ Maintain a data bank on the material sourcing along with price.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Preferred experience in Auto CAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray Sketch up and lumion.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ Must have membership number of IAB.
∎ Sound Knowledge in BNBC and Bidhimala.
∎ Candidate having knowledge in residential, Industrial Buildings and skill on Revit Architect and Lumion animation will get preference.
