∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) with preference will be given to graduates from BUET, RUET, KUET or CUET.
∎ Professional certification or membership with IAB preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare architectural concepts, working drawings, and design details for industrial buildings and associated infrastructure (e.g., admin buildings, warehouses, roads, boundary walls, utility sheds).
∎ Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, and planning teams for integrated design solutions.# Ensure industrial design compliance with BNBC, NFPA, fire safety codes, environmental and safety standards.
∎ Prepare general layout (GL) plans, master planning, site development drawings, and approval documentation.
∎ Provide architectural input for BOQ, material specifications, and construction documents.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor construction quality and alignment with design intent.
∎ Review shop drawings, material submittals, and architectural mock-ups submitted by contractors.
∎ Assist in contractor/vendor evaluation from a design and execution perspective.
∎ Coordinate with consultants, local authorities, and statutory bodies for design approvals.
∎ Maintain design documentation, update as-built drawings, and support audit/compliance requirements.
