Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mail communication with shipper, consignee, and agent.
∎ Once booking receive from shipper I supplier, ask for approval to overseas agent.
∎ Providing rates (monthly I weekly I spot) to all concerns.
∎ Booking follow up, contacting shipper I buying house for booking (with all proper information)
∎ Providing required dummy I freight certificate to shipper.
∎ Asking for approval from agent I shipper I buyer.
∎ Negotiate rate and providing tentative flight I vessel details.
∎ Notify consignee I shipper I buyer I agents immediately as received the goods.
∎ Ensure follow up with vendor for custom status and shipping documents.
∎ Providing clearance to Air Ops team for planning mentioning booking no., agent detail, preferred carrier, selling rate, and estimated arrival time.
∎ Pre-alert should be sent to agent I shipment advise to shipper I consignee I buying agents (As per requirements) as
∎ soon as plan is triggered.
∎ Issue invoice to shipper I agent I airlines I other party (better with pre alert) through ESF update.
∎ Ensure shipment tracking till arrival and update respective parties (if required).
∎ Complete current shipment files within 02 days and ensure review of all the completed shipment file fortnightly.
∎ Pass the shipment details to airport concern person.
∎ Raise the freight invoice upon receiving the pre-alert from overseas office.
∎ Keep tracking the shipment until arrived in destination.
