Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serve as the focal point of contact for all customer account management matters
∎ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
∎ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
∎ Prepare reports on account status.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
∎ Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and cross-selling
∎ Forecasts and tracks client account metrics.
∎ Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
∎ Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
∎ Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
∎ Keep records of client transactions including VAT and TAX documents.
∎ Ensure timely submission of VAT return and TAX return as per the existing gov. law.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
∎ Solid experience with Tally, MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
∎ Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
∎ Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
