Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inform authorized Administration immediately when any seat of the hostel become vacant and assist to admit new students in the hostel.
∎ Inform the students and Hostel Support Staff about the rules & regulation of the hostel and follow-up regularly.
∎ Maintain Students' and Hostel Support Staff's detail record and their attendance (in time & out time with their signature in a register book) properly.
∎ Follow-up students' & HSS (Hostel Support Staff) activities so that any kind of indiscipline doesn't take place in hostel.
∎ Sort out if they have any kind of problem and solve it and guide them as per hostel policy/rules and regulations.
∎ Communicate with the guardians of the resident students of the hostel time to time.
∎ Take immediate action with the approval of college management if any furniture or other things are broken/out of order/need new purchase or any kind of maintenance problem occur.
∎ Obey and respect the college rules and hostel rules strictly.
∎ Ensure security of hostel-by taking help of concerned authority.
∎ Following the duties and responsibilities assigned by college management from time to time.
∎ Attending/Receiving guardians warmly and give them good service.
∎ Helping to maintain conquerable atmosphere in the hostel.
∎ Recommending students' leave help to get approval from the concerned authority.
∎ Completing and Maintaining all duties and responsibilities related to hostel.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He must have to reside in hostel.
∎ Good oral and written communication skills in Bangla.
∎ Able to build proactive working relationship with students, college authority, parents and staff based on respect and good support.
