Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing the daily smooth operation of the hospital activities and monitor the office entrance and outgoing time of the hospital staffs.
∎ Daily monitoring the sales transaction and registers maintain in different departments of the hospital as OT, Medicine & Optical shop and Canteen including physical inventory and stock value.
∎ Provide assistance to prepare annual, bi-annual, quarterly and monthly target plans, budgets, camp plans and periodical report preparation.
∎ Daily monitor the staff attendance, activities & ACR of the hospital staff. Prepare requisition for staff employment, training assessment & annual training schedule of the hospital staff.
∎ Monitor staff daily duty roster.
∎ Maintain regular communication/liaison with District and Upazila level Gov. Officials, NGO's personnel, local govt. representatives for implementation and improvement of the hospital activities.
∎ Extensive visit in Eye Camps and supervise the overall implementation of camp and ensure the preparation of camp wise achievements reports.
∎ Organize workshop, seminar or training at district or Upazila level relevant personnel.

∎ Age 22 to 40 years
