∎ The Abinta Kabir Foundation was formed on 5th March, 2017 to make unrealised dreams of a young philanthropist, a high spirited beautiful soul and an intelligent academic whose head full of brilliant ideas about how to give back to her country.
∎ Abinta Kabir was a star student at Oxford College of Emory University, Georgia, and had plans of coming back to her homeland Bangladesh soon after her studies, with the mission of bridging the gap between the privileged and underprivileged. She has left the world at an early age, but her dreams are being fulfilled through Abinta Kabir Foundation, where all projects revolve around the philanthropic work that Abinta was passionate about.
∎ The Foundation`s main project, Abinta Kabir Foundation School is a school for underprivileged girls, situated in 100-Feet Madani Avenue, Dhaka, and it strives to provide holistic education for the students.

∎ Reporting to: Education Program Manager
∎ 6 days a week, Saturday - Thursday
∎ Timing: 8:00 - 4:00 pm
∎ Minimum 2-year contract.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Education Program Manager in the daily activities, as per needed
∎ Conduct classes as per the requirements of the school
∎ Continuously monitor classrooms for maximum learning
∎ Support in setting and maintaining educational standards that are aligned with PSC requirements and beyond
∎ Design remedial plans of action with teachers to present to Manager in order to ensure students' correction
∎ Assess, organize and execute flexible curriculum and effective assessment framework.
∎ Strategize development of emerging technologies to extend learning experience.
∎ Arrange teachers' performance management
∎ Tend to students' need as per required
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3-5 years experience of teaching, preferably for the senior 'PSC' classes (Class 4 and 5)
∎ Strong written/oral communications, research, proofreading, networking and leadership skills
∎ Have a strong interest to work towards combating educational inequity within the students in the school
∎ Proficient in both English and Bangla (spoken communication and writing)
∎ Females candidates are highly encouraged to apply
