Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Business Administration in reputed university.
∎ Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops appropriate supply chain strategy to maximize customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost.
∎ Leads the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance through agreed-upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Directs and coordinates supply chain functions through strategy, resource optimization, profitability maximization, and KPIs resulting in the maximization of customer satisfaction.
∎ Plans, manages and coordinates all activities related to the sourcing and procurement of necessary materials and supplies needed to meet the changing levels of product demand.
∎ Collaborates with procurement department to determine best practices.
∎ Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain.
∎ Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Experience in Hospital Industry will be highly preferable.
∎ Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus and adapt to a variety of challenges.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Non - Smoker.
∎ More than 15 years' experience in relevant field.
