∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Strategic Planning, supplier managemennt, Supply Chain, Supply Chain Planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, implement and monitor the overall business strategy of supply chain;
∎ Collaborate with BP (Business Planning), R&D (Research and development), M&M (Marketing & Merchandising), CP (Central Planning), PMC (Planning, Monitoring and Control) & Textile Operations;
∎ Determine key supply chain KPIs and properly train, develop & evaluate team members;
∎ Identify process bottleneck and taking corrective action;
∎ Need to work with stakeholders for understanding the cross functional knowledge;
∎ Administered supply chain's day to day activities in order to maximize the process efficiency and productivity;
∎ Play a major role in building/maintaining strategic & sustainable business relationship with suppliers. Also properly maintain the yearly supplier's evaluations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Hands on experiences with supply chain management software;
∎ Proactive thinker and problem-solving skills;
∎ Good leadership;
∎ Good team player;
∎ Great interpersonal and communication skills.
