∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
∎ Provide cost estimates of projects upon request for quotation from potential clients.
∎ Assist Business Development team during negotiation with potential clients.
∎ Develop training materials and conduct training sessions, in conjunction with Human Resources Department, for quick deployment of BPO teams as per requirements of the clients.
∎ Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
∎ Manage the project portfolio and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
∎ Work with stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met.
∎ Identify and mitigate risks to projects.
∎ Manage change effectively.
∎ Communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
∎ Represent the company to clients and partners.
