Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA degree from a reputed university (preferably IBA/NSU/Brac/EWU/IUB)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, forecast ,and manage the procurement of poultry, fish and cattle feed ingredients and support the feed production ensuring availability of required raw material as per the requirements of the Feed Mills.
∎ Implement an end-to-end value chain design, ensure appropriate quality standards and specifications are maintained during purchase with zero or little rejection.
∎ Optimize warehouse operations, manage smooth flow of incoming and outgoing materials from/to warehouses to maximize business efficiency.
∎ Analyze market situation to asses present & future material availability in market, develop sourcing strategy, identify authentic, reliable and alternative channel for procurement.
∎ Ensure transparency in procurement flow,keep proper documentation in compliance with the ERP, Policies and Procedures of Kazi Farms including the Ethical Standards maintained in all acts or disciplines.
∎ Ensure efficient uses of resources within the established policies of the company and enforce cost reduction by controlling operating costs, reducing waste and managing overheads.
∎ Track and report key functional metrics to improve effectiveness, asses monthly reporting with detailed breakdown frequency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of experience including managerial exposure in supply chain/purchase/inventory. At least 5 years experience in the supply chain department of a large feed company.
∎ Work experience in MNC is preferred
∎ have proficiency in English speaking and writing is a must.
∎ have strong understanding of best practices for the Supply Chain process
∎ be a talent in negotiations and networking
∎ have aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
∎ have experience in collecting and analyzing data
∎ have strong leadership and excellent team management skills
