Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA degree from a reputed university (preferably IBA/NSU/Brac)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, forecast, and manage the procurements of poultry, fish and cattle feed ingredients and support the feed production ensuring availability of raw material in time as per requirements of the Feed Mills
∎ Implement an end-to-end value chain design, ensure that appropriate quality standards and specifications have been maintained during purchase so that possibility of rejection, if any, is at the minimum level
∎ Ensure delivery of ingredients optimizing the limited ware house space and make sure that the Company never runs out of stocks hampering production or resulting in over stocks - affectng the working capital management
∎ Considering local as well as international economic, social and financial issues - analyze the market situation which may affect the immediate or near future ingredient price trend, develop new sourcing, identify alternative ingredient availability searching through out the globe.
∎ Ensure transparency in procurement flow, keep proper documentation in compliance with the ERP, Policies and Procedures of Kazi Farms including the Ethical Standards maintained in all acts or disciplines
∎ Ensure cost effectiveness with reference to order price, order quantity, expiery date of the purchase order, assist to control operating costs through sharp evaluation of direct and indiect overheads
∎ Track and report key functional matrices on monthly, weekly, as per requirement basis - through ERP and Excel, Word docs and draft Reports for consideration by the Company Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of experience in supply chain/procurement/inventory (At least 3-4 years experience in managerial role is preferred).
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 years experience in supply chain dept. of Feed industry
∎ Work experience in MNC is preferred.
∎ have strong understanding of best practices for the Supply Chain process
∎ be a talent in negotiations and networking
∎ have excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ have experience in collecting and analyzing data
∎ have strong leadership and be part of a team
∎ have the aptitude to learn and develop reports utilizing the immense potential of the ERP Software.
Salary:
∎ Depending upon the qualification, experience and profile of the candidate, remuneration will be competitive.
