∎ Proficient in MS Office applications.

∎ Required Qualification & Competencies
∎ Additional qualifications such as PGDHRM, PGDM, Law, or other relevant professional degrees will be an advantage.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bangla, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is required.
∎ Must be self-driven, result-oriented, and possess transformational leadership with excellent communication skills.
∎ Required Experience
∎ A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in leading pharmaceutical/RMG/FMCG industries is required.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee all aspects of HR management, including onboarding, training, development, performance evaluation, and employee policies, ensuring compliance with guidelines for effective implementation at the plant.
∎ Prepare and manage departmental capital and overhead budgets, analyze variances, and control expenditures.
∎ Hire and train daily/casual workers, manage leave, and oversee HR operations to ensure smooth plant activities.
∎ Ensure workplace safety, security, housekeeping, pest control, and provide essential admin services such as aprons, stationery, and transportation.
∎ Handle disciplinary procedures, employee counseling, grievance management, and supervise scrap storage and waste disposal to maintain factory cleanliness and proper administration.
∎ Coordinate divisional training programs, including GMP training, and maintain training records to enhance company-wide performance.
∎ Manage staff scheduling, including work assignments, overtime, backup coverage, and shift rotations, ensuring uninterrupted plant operations.
∎ Oversee timely procurement of quality food items at competitive prices, ensuring cost-effective and punctual meal service at the canteen.
