∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile
∎ Diploma in Supply Chain Management from any reputed institution will be an added advantage.

∎ 10 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have sound Knowledge on supply chain management for sourcing all kind of fabrics and maintain strong, functional relationships with key suppliers home and abroad.
∎ The applicant continuously coordinate with the Marketing & Merchandising team for planning fabrics sourcing as per the production schedule.
∎ Based on purchase requisition collect price quotation from different enlisted suppliers from home and abroad, analyze the market price for different types of fabrics and competitive study for the best price and get approval from management.
∎ Negotiation and contracting skills for managing a cost-effective and transparent manner in line with company policies from enlisted vendors.
∎ Update vendor database on regular basis and always searching for potential fabrics supplier.
∎ Continiously visit fabric mills for fabric selection and required qualities.
∎ Follow up with the merchandising team and the commercial team as well as the store team to ensure the on-time delivery and quality of fabrics.
∎ Provide technical support to merchandising and solve fabric issues when they arise.
∎ To do any other job as per instruction by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Computer Literacy is a must, especially in the office package.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
