∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ BA Complete or Running
∎ Skills Required: Good communication skills, Good Computer Knowledge, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greeting and welcome client and visitors to showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
∎ Answer incoming calls from clients, answering any queries and making follow up communication with them.
∎ Responding to client queries on social media and email.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
∎ Receiving customer complaints and communicating them with the relevant persons.
∎ Troubleshoot/ helping to resolve customer service problems.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Regular feedback to front end client support on cases, queries, and issue resolution.
∎ Make invoices at the reception and handle all billing related issues including taking payment.
∎ Provide general information on products when asked.
∎ Maintain Prepare and track Invoices, Bills, Petty cash.
∎ Maintaining a high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
∎ Any other responsibilities as directed by supervisor.
∎ Candidates for this post must maintain excellent personal hygiene, be physically fit and always be dressed smartly and professionally. Candidates failing to meet these criteria will not be considered.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Versatile and has good communication skills in English and Bangla
