Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Control all deployed security personnel as per relevant post orders.
∎ Maintain schedule checklists of security and fire safety especially in night shift and ensure proper patrolling during night shift.
∎ Provide training to security team.
∎ Protect company assets and personnel from security threats or breaches.
∎ Responsible for schedule monitoring of surveillance system.
∎ Responsible for proper maintenance of surveillance equipment calibration and upgradation.
∎ Responsible for staff locker handover & takeover, record keeping & schedule maintenance.
∎ Knowledge of applicable EHS rules & regulations of the government.
∎ Good knowledge in Labor law/ Environmental Compliance/ Admin/ Good Practices.

∎ Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Executive – Admin Safety Team will oversee security operations, ensure compliance with safety policies and train security personnel. The role requires expertise in CCTV installation, access control, fire safety, and network cabling. The candidate must be capable of risk assessment, emergency response planning, and working night shifts when needed.
