Responsibilities & Context:
Ensure timely publication of grades
Handle students’ department change requests
Prepare and respond to verification-related documents and queries
Maintain and update absentee students’ data in the student record system
Prepare various academic documents for students
Process degree applications for graduating students and prepare lists of graduates for government or autonomous councils
Undertake administrative duties related to university-wide activities
Perform other duties as directed by the supervisor
