Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessments of the type of works for choosing Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PC)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of interest (EOI) & Tender documents.
∎ Follow up the Procuring Agencies, Procuring Entities for taking initiatives of the respective Tender.
∎ Oversee the Annual Development Program of Government of Bangladesh, study the Public Procurement Act & Public Procurement Rules and the Gadgets published by the concerned authorities of Bangladesh.
∎ Purchasing of Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PC)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender documents & submission from/to the concerned Department/Organization/Corporate Bodies/Association.
∎ Presentation of the Documents of Enlistment/Pre-qualification (PO)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender.
∎ Sort out the requirements for preparing the documents of Enlistment/Pre-qualification(PQ)/Request for Proposal (RFP)/Expression of Interest (EOI) & Tender.
∎ Read out the Documents carefully for sort out the errors, misconduct of act against our Company rules, scrutinize the errors between Tender Data Sheet (TDS)/ Application Data Sheet (ADS), Instruction to Tenderers (ITT)/ Instruction to Applicants, Particular Condition of Contract, General Condition of Contract, Special Condition of Contract or if any.
∎ Coordination with renewal process/updated documents related with enlistments, Licenses, VAT, Tax & Average Annual Construction Turn over etc.
∎ Preparation of Agreements for Joint Venture/Consortium/Association. And preparation of Bank Guarantees (BG)/ Performance Guarantee (PG)/ Insurance Policy etc. through Accounts Department & Concerned Authorities and withdraw the same.
∎ Preparation the Bill of Quantities including with item wise rate analysis for submitting
∎ Financial Offer to the respective authority.
∎ Preparation of estimates, Profitability, Monthly budget, yearly budget, construction Budget according to Contract BOQ
∎ Analysis of rates as per PWD rate schedule as well as per market price.
∎ Collecting all working drawings l.e. Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing from Owner/Consultant to implement the works as per drawing
∎ Making Master Program, Monthly program, weekly program for the projects which is
∎ under construction.
∎ To Prepare all kinds of meeting working paper, agendas and communicate with other
∎ department when required.
∎ To all kinds of official correspondence letter according to contract documents and send to respective departments.
∎ To study all type of contractual issues, compare with practical work, discuss with concern authority for any kind of deficiencies.
∎ Prepare Method of Statement & Construction work.
∎ Developing project master schedule, monthly, weekly & daily work (day night) plan, monitoring productivity, resources allocation & proper utilization. Controlling the quantity & quality of works.
∎ Materials wastage control, utilization of offcut, scraps, uncaptured of rebar. reconciliation report on materials ordered & received and submit.
∎ Prepare monthly rebar Checking Interim Payment Application (IPA) and certificates (IPC).
∎ Budgeting and costing and checking Estimation.
∎ Assist in the preparation of tenders and standardized tender templates and paperwork.
∎ Oversee the compilation and, when necessary, the drafting of high-quality proposals, bids, and tender answers to ensure that tenders and bids are handled professionally, quickly, and compliantly.
∎ Maintains a list of eligible vendors, particularly for upcoming bids.
∎ Compilation of varied input to create a more competitive bid document.
∎ Checking on evaluation and contract negotiation.
∎ Assemble and maintain internal Procurement documents about the tendering process, including tracking management approval for tendering and contracting actions.
∎ Responsibilities is not limited of above task, any task or assignment given by Director Construction as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have sound knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Internet surfing, E-mail, etc.
∎ Well trained and good Official Correspondence in writing.
∎ Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
