Additional Requirements
Design on-grid, rooftop, hybrid, and commercial/industrial solar PV systems Installation Skill.
Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical layouts, cable schedules, equipment layouts, and detailed engineering drawings.
Conduct site surveys and assess roof structures, electrical systems, load profiles, and installation feasibility.
Develop designs using AutoCAD and relevant solar design/simulation software.
Complete system designs for PV modeling projects for rooftop setups, including shading analysis, mechanical racking plans, specification of BOS location, interconnection details, and labeling.
Perform AC & DC cable sizing, earthling calculations, and string configurations.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Responsibilities & Context:
Assistant Engineer will lead the end-to-end development of rooftop solar EPC projects ranging from 2 kWp to 1 MWp. This role combines technical leadership in solar PV engineering with business development expertise to acquire Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients, manage regulatory approvals, and ensure successful project delivery in compliance with SREDA and Bangladesh net-metering regulations.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Conduct rooftop site surveys, shading analysis, and energy yield assessments installation.
Identify Residential, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) clients including RMG, Textile, Pharmaceutical, Cold Storage, Hospital, and Corporate sectors to setup Rooftop Solar System.
Assists in Prepare technical and commercial proposals including energy yield forecasts, ROI analysis, and electricity cost-saving projections.
Maintain monthly business pipeline targets and client engagement activities.
Monitor market trends, tariff revisions, and renewable energy policy updates.
Coordinate BPDB, DESCO, DPDC, and other utility approvals.
Maintain compliance with BSTI regulations and Bangladesh Renewable Energy policies.
Develop SOPs for site assessment, design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and handover.
Prepare monthly reports covering sales pipeline, project progress, revenue forecast, cost performance, and market outlook.
Providing 24/7 Service Whenever Needed.
Collecting data On Net Metering.

The total monthly salary negotiable, however, after the job is made permanent, salary allowance and other benefits will be provided as per the Organization policy. And for the said post, 3 annual festival allowances, incentive bonus, provident fund, gratuity, allowance against earned leave, welfare fund benefits and other benefits provided by the Organization will be provided. In the case of candidates with more experience, the salary will be paid subject to negotiation.
