∎ B.Sc in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from any reputed University.
∎ Fresher are welcome to apply
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain shift quality control activities as a shift In-charge.
∎ To assure the best quality bar.
∎ Macro-etching of billets & micro-structure of TMT bar.
∎ Process control parameter (Billet temperature, Actual Unit weight, Mill speed, TMT water flow rate & pressure) record.
∎ TMT segment water pressure and water flow rate adjustment.
∎ To carry out chemical composition test of billets and bar, tensile test, Bend & Re-bend test of bar.
∎ To maintain and keep all records quality control & assurance reports.
∎ Make proper communication to all other Department.
∎ Any other job assigned by the higher authority for the benefit of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ 1 year Experience in allied field will be preferred.
∎ Strong Personality, Sincere, Energetic & ability to do work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hours.
∎ Computer knowledge.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment.
