Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in IPE / Mechanical / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering from reputed public Institute.

Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Fabric Quality, Geotextile Industry, LAB Assistant, QC Laboratory, Quality control, Textile Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate would be directly involved in testing, process inspection, quality certify of finished goods as part of regular operations of large geotextile production lines.
∎ Test inbound goods, Staple fiber prepare report as per specifications archive data’s.
∎ Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
∎ Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards of geo fabric, geo rolls , geo tube and other nonwoven products and parameters for products to be delivered against specific projects.
∎ Communicates quality standards and parameters to other QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
∎ Coordinates and conduct geotextile testing processes-GSM profile, strip tensile strength, grab tensile strength, CBR and related elongations.
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge of operation Universal Testing Machine, Thickness gauge, permeability testing machine, UV and oxidization testing machine.
∎ Participates in product testing as part of process inspection and finished goods parameters examining.
∎ Identifies and analyzes tensile strength and its MD/CD issues, GSM profile, penetration speed and product parameters in terms of standard matching with BWDB and specific customers
∎ Reviews client, customer, and user feedback and take necessary steps in case of error is found.
∎ Maintains compliance with organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years in reputed geo-textile / textile manufacturing industry.
∎ Analytical Ability, Report Preparation Skill.
∎ Good Interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Computer literacy in MS office applications.
