Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/ B.Sc Electrical and Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Civil
∎ Engineering from any reputed Polytechnique Institute/University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, MICROSOFT OFFICE
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Context:
∎ Must have knowledge on Fire Protection System (FPS), Fire Detection System (FDS), Public Address System (PA System) as per BNBC, NFPA, and RSC (ACCORD);
∎ Professional proficiency in Auto CAD (2D and 3D);
∎ The applicant must have at least 03 years working experience in similar position in any reputed project management environment/fire consultancy firm;
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills;
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for effective coordination with all internal and external stakeholders for tracking, monitoring, controlling and timely completion of projects;
∎ Assist in tracking milestones towards achieving the end date of assigned projects and closely monitor and control to ensure milestones are achieved;
∎ Coordinate and ensure Project Coordination Meetings (PCM) with project stakeholders; track and monitor project progress;
∎ Preparation and review of fire detection and protection system designs, (including fire separation) for residential and industrial buildings as per NFPA and BNBC standards;
∎ Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)for fire detection and protection system, as per NFPA and BNBC specifications;
∎ Preparation and review of hydraulic calculations for fire hydrant system and sprinkler system, and battery and voltage drop calculations of fire detection system;
∎ Supervise installation, testing and commissioning works of fire packages as part of project execution and coordination;
∎ Update as built drawings of Fire Detection System (FDS), Fire Protection System (FPS) and Public Address (PA) systems;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ The applicant having experience in the following area(s) will have added advantage:
∎ Fire Consultancy Firm, Project Management, RMG Industry, Textile Industry, etc;
∎ The applicant having skills in the following area(s) will have added advantage:
∎ MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, AutoCAD 2D, etc.
