Job Context:
∎ Confidence Steel Limited is looking for Assistant Engineer - Planning for its Narayanganj Factory.
∎ B.Sc Engineer (Mechanical / Industrial Production Engineering) with 2 years experience in steel structure fabrication industry preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Product related all Contract paper/ Work order/ Purchase order/ Forecast/ Drawings or Related documents receiving, documentation and distribution to concern person/ departments.
∎ Detail study of contract documents, supply scopes, schedules, drawings and accordingly raising necessary queries to related concern to get necessary feedback.
∎ Contract wise monthly/ quarterly material’s requirement planning (consumption and purchase requirement), budgeting, and purchase requisition raising.
∎ Project wise and monthly/ quarterly requirement wise materials booking, stock maintaining, local & foreign purchase and receiving monitoring.
∎ As per stock (fresh & re-usable) & production plan, Materials Issue Requisition (MIR) giving with necessary cutting plan/ nesting for wastage minimization.
∎ Operation-wise materials routing and tracking.
∎ Project wise monthly/ quarterly production, inspection, delivery/ revenue plan preparation and supply considering machine-wise capacity, project’s schedule of requirement and revenue target.
∎ Daily and monthly plan vs achievement monitoring, reporting and giving necessary feedback to related concerns.
∎ Packing list preparation and distribution.
∎ Monthly/ quarterly cost budgeting (Raw materials, Labor, Overhead etc.) and achievement analysis.
∎ Maintaining various MIS reports (Daily Stock report, Analysis of MIS, Cash Cycle MIS etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years experience in a reputed manufacturing industry preferably in any steel structure fabrication industry
∎ Good leadership, execution and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong written and verbal communications skills.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Able to work under pressure with stringent project timeline
∎ Have long-term plan to build up career in this industry
