Job Context:
∎ Confidence Infrastructure Limited - Pole Unit is looking for "Assistant Engineer - Planning" for its Narayanganj Factory.
∎ B.Sc Engineer (Industrial Production Engineering/Civil/Mechanical) with at least 2 years production planning experience in SPC pole and modern Geotextile industry preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Line Manager to organize and formulate production planning, analyze and review project wise production progress to meet contract deadline in large SPC pole and modern Geotextile Industry.
∎ Determine project/product wise costing & comparing budgeted cost & actual incurred cost.
∎ Lead PSI at factory conducted by BREB, PDB, NESCO, DESCO and other govt organization's engineers. Demonstrate different testing before inspection team and achieve customer satisfactions.
∎ Determine project wise short term and long-term raw materials requirement, production planning, delivery planning & controlling by regular monitoring & necessary feedback.
∎ Generate daily, monthly and early production reports, analyze gap between production plan and actual production. Plan improvement, recommend on the basis of effective capacity utilization keeping Inventory and WIP at agreed level.
∎ Identify capacity constraints and suggest measures for improvements.
∎ Generate departmental MIS as per requirements.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years Planning experience in a reputed manufacturing industry preferably in any large SPC pole and modern Geotextile Industry
∎ Good leadership, execution and teamwork skills with challenges encountering ability.
∎ Strong written and verbal communications skills.
∎ Skilled on Microsoft Excel and Project. Home at mathematical analysis and Microsoft excel functions.
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
