Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Responsible for Repair / Maintenance of all Equipment and Machinery of EMD to attain smooth and prompt operations.
∎ 2. Analyze and Trouble shoot of Machinery/Equipment Problem within a very short time to reduce the time frame of Equipment breakdown.
∎ 3. Manage Equipment/Machinery in a very systematic manner which reduce the Breakdown.
∎ 4. Lead and Manage the Mechanics and Operators team in a very effective way to attain maximum output.
∎ 5. Manage daily repair/maintenance schedule and generate report to prevent breakdowns and ensures that equipment is operational and safe to use.
∎ 6. Maintain and Manage Daily schedule align with the Project to ensure completion of assigned tasks by Project Officials.
∎ 7. Keep track of all reports and provide time to time feedback to the Line Manager to analyze, track time and improve the efficiency of the employees.
∎ 8. Follow up the Day to Day Operations as per Organization’s Policy/ SOPs to achieve objectives in a systematic and smooth process.
∎ 9. To maintain Documentation & Cabinets to ensure organized, systematic, efficient manner of tasks and transparency as well as avoid future disputes.
∎ 10. Optimize Cost to achieve profit maximization.
∎ 11. Any other task/s assigned by management related to the role.
