∎ At least 18 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Max Group (Infra Structure Division) is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO).
∎ We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Minimum 10 years of experience in a two-Construction Company and has a minimum of 5 years` experience as COO/GM/Head of Multiple projects in a company. And who has minimum worked as a Project Manager in one civil construction project and successfully completed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As the leader of all Project Managers have to ensure that the projects are being completed at the right time with profitability.
∎ To do coordination, to guide, and to solve problems of a project by giving proper engineer solutions.
∎ Work autonomously while ensuring CEO expectations are readily met and exceeded.
∎ Strong budgeting sense & know how to maintain.
∎ Having the Knowledge to adjust Time Schedule with the cost.
∎ Proper Knowledge about resource planning & optimization (Manpower, Material & Equipment).
∎ Looks for methods to improve quality, efficiency, and productivity, reduce costs, increase profits, or improve control measures.
∎ Acts as a strategic partner on the leadership team and work closely with the team to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
∎ Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
∎ Supervision of the Contract Management Department.
∎ Look after the Inter Project Resource and Transfer.
∎ Regulation of the Joint Venture Partner Management.
∎ Overseeing the EHS, QA/QC, Project Risk Management, Document Control Management, and Project Security.
∎ Governance of the Projects Control / Execution.
∎ Supervision of the Equipment Management Division.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
