∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, MICROSOFT OFFICE, quantitative analysis, quantity surveyor

∎ 7 to 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction cost estimation, Cost Analysis, Cost and budget, quantity surveyor, Rate analysis
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies

Job Context:
∎ We are one of the largest Construction Company / Engineer Firm / Groups of Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a good competent Planning Engineer for our Modern Food Silo Project located in Khulna which is a World Bank-funded project.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to the Project Manager.
∎ Identifies all material requirements, source,s etc.
∎ Conducts qualifications test for source approval.
∎ Monitor program cost activity to achieve an in-budget result.
∎ Checking of Reconciliation for all Major materials like steel, cement, Stone, Concrete Tetrahedron, and Flexi Mat materials with approved mix designs.
∎ Client billing Invoice submitting with all relevant As-built documents timely submit to concerned Consultant.
∎ Preparing the actual rate analysis for major items every month.
∎ Preparation of Cost Impact Addition & Omission for Changes of design drawing and Quantity Variation & Claims submitting to Concern Contractor/Consultant on in time.
∎ Preparing actual cost work done Sub Con Vs Payroll comparison statement every month.
∎ Tracking of procurement of material with SCM.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
