∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ The applicant must have at least 01 years working experience in similar position in any reputed organization Strong technical skill and trouble shooting expertise required Should have computer literacy Ability to solve problems and present solutions. Ability to prioritize for deadlines. Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude). Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills. Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform any electrical troubleshooting and problem solving of garments accessories related machines or Responsible to supervise & monitor all breakdowns of machinery & equipment in respective area.
∎ Resolve issues and escalations pertaining to maintenance of equipment & manpower.
∎ Achieve mechanical spare costs within the department budget.
∎ Monitor the repair and maintenance related work done by technicians.
∎ Provide support for technical development and up-gradation of processes as and when required.
∎ Compliance to ISO QMS, EMS requirements as per standard.
∎ Perform repairing of Inverter, circuit card, etc. electronics hardware.
∎ Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical equipment including lighting, motors, generators, controls and wiring.
∎ Perform electrical load calculation, single line diagram, electrical layout design, LPS etc.
∎ Perform electrical troubleshooting and problem solving of Inverter, PLC, circuit card, UPS, electrical panel board etc. electronics devices.
∎ Ensure all control panels and DB Boards are properly maintained with electrical standard.
∎ Capable of handling shift electrical, electronics & utilities related machine's breakdowns.
